Latest Updates: On April 13, 2023, the Biden administration announced it would restore ACA access to DACA recipients through a months-long regulatory process beginning in April of 2023.
The #ACA4DACA campaign is a multi-organizational, national campaign supported by the Roddenberry Foundation to restore access to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) also known as "Obamacare" to individuals with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
