In addition to long-term contracts, Masa Group LLC also regularly completes smaller, project-based contracts. In late 2021 and early 2022, Masa Group drafted legislation for revising the Adoptee Citizenship Act of 2021 on behalf of NAKASEC and Adoptees for Justice, providing suggested language to the offices of the sponsors. Masa Group also conducted extensive lobbying in support of the bill on behalf of NAKASEC and met with 21 Republican offices to garner bipartisan support, sharing the bill language and answering questions for staffers. Masa Group also assisted with drafting and redlining the legislation, as well as provided technical edits.
