Victoria “Nikki” Dominguez

Victoria “Nikki” Dominguez is a Senior Policy Advisor with Masa Group. Victoria oversees policy initiatives, advocacy, and strategic collaboratives on the areas of education, immigration, health access, and others. She has worked with parents, youth, community advocates and legislators for over 10 years to change policies that impact access, equity, and representation - with a special focus on low-income, Limited English Proficiency (LEP), Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. In addition, she is the coordinator of the College for All Coalition, a multi-racial and multi-sector statewide coalition working to support all Californian students in achieving their highest potential.

Victoria developed her passion for policy at the University of California, Santa Cruz where she received her bachelors of arts in Politics, and Legal Studies. During her time there she was the lead intern in charge of developing and designing the University’s Undocumented Student Services unit - a project that still continues to this day.

After college Victoria served for 3 years as the Education and Policy Coordinator at the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN). Leading on areas of education policy, program development and implementation, and fundraising.

​Victoria is also an advocate for LGBTQ+ issues, often volunteering her time to speak to youth about her experience as a bisexual women of color (WOC), and how this has made her a better advocate for her community.
